Excalibur Solutions respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of AI Lead Assistant to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) regarding content hosted or transmitted through AI Lead Assistant.
Filing a Notice
If you believe content accessible through AI Lead Assistant infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, a URL).
- Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.
Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of Customers who are found to be repeat infringers.
