This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — whether you're a business using AI Lead Assistant (a "Customer") or a visitor chatting with one of our Customers' AI assistants (a "Visitor").

Account information: when a Customer signs up, we collect a name, email address, password, business details, and billing information necessary to operate the account and process subscription payments.
Conversation and lead data: when a Visitor interacts with a Customer's chat widget, we collect the messages exchanged, any contact details the Visitor voluntarily provides (such as name, email, or phone number), and metadata about the session (timestamps, page URL, and similar technical details) so the Customer can follow up with the Visitor.
Usage data: we automatically collect information about how the dashboard and widget are used — pages visited, features used, browser and device type, and IP address — to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How We Use Information
To provide and maintain the service, including operating the chat widget, qualifying and scoring leads, scheduling appointments, and sending transactional emails.
To process payments and manage subscriptions through our payment providers.
To communicate with Customers about their account, respond to support requests, and send service-related notices.
To monitor, secure, and improve the platform, including detecting abuse and diagnosing technical issues.
Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate AI Lead Assistant, including AI language model providers to generate assistant replies, email and SMS/voice providers to deliver notifications and calls, calendar providers (Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar) to book appointments, and payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) to handle billing. Each provider only receives the information necessary to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy and security terms.
Data Retention
We retain account and conversation data for as long as a Customer's account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customers may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below — Customers can also manage most account data directly from their dashboard.
Children's Privacy
AI Lead Assistant is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
