AI Lead Assistant is a software-as-a-service platform that lets a business ("Customer") configure an AI-powered chat assistant, embed it on their website, capture and qualify leads, book appointments, and manage follow-up communication through a dashboard.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Customers must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.

Customers are responsible for the content they configure their assistant to use (knowledge base, prompts, and messaging) and for ensuring their use of the service complies with applicable law, including laws relating to consumer protection, telemarketing, and data privacy in the jurisdictions where they operate.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change plan pricing with advance notice; continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

You agree not to use AI Lead Assistant to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications, to harvest personal information without a lawful basis, to transmit malware, or to interfere with the operation of the platform or other customers' use of it.

Assistant replies are generated automatically using third-party AI models based on the knowledge base and configuration each Customer provides. While we work to make responses accurate and helpful, AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Customers are responsible for reviewing their assistant's configuration and knowledge base, and for verifying any information provided to Visitors before relying on it for decisions.

Excalibur Solutions retains all rights, title, and interest in AI Lead Assistant, including its software, design, and branding. Customers retain ownership of the content they upload (business information, knowledge base articles, and branding assets) and grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate the service on their behalf.

Either party may terminate an account at any time; Customers can cancel from their dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

AI Lead Assistant is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Excalibur Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Excalibur Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AI Lead Assistant after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
