This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased through AI Lead Assistant, operated by Excalibur Solutions.
Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial from your dashboard to avoid being billed.
Refund Eligibility
If you're not satisfied with AI Lead Assistant, contact us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will issue a full refund for that charge, no questions asked.
Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by law. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals — access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods after the initial 14-day window, for accounts terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions, or for usage-based charges (such as overage or add-on usage) already incurred.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@excalibursol.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and, where approved, process refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
